Hewettville Mothers’ Club (1958)
The first anniversary of the Hewettville Mothers’ Club will be held in the form of a card party Thursday evening starting at 8 o’clock at the Hewettville School. The club which was organized a year ago, has 16 members, meets once each month, and in addition to social times, it has interested itself in adding equipment and supplies for the betterment of the school. Meetings are usually held at the school followed by lunch. A few meetings have been held at the homes of members. Mrs. Rudolph Opelt in speaking of the club said, "It has been very successful and has added something to the life of Hewettville.
