Hospital Week (1958)
National hospital week will be observed
at Memorial Hospital, Neillsville, each afternoon from 2 to 4
o’clock, Monday, May 12, through Sunday, May 18, with coffee
and cookies being served by auxiliary members.
Tours through the hospital may be
arranged for persons not having previously toured. Memorial
Hospital is running to capacity at most times, so general tours
will be impossible.
"We shall be very happy," said Mrs. Doris
Warren, administrator, "to have our friends call at the
hospital. We believe that best observance of hospital week in
our community is the using of Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home to
advantage, and this is most gratifying."
New plaques in recognition of all those who donated to the hospital will be on the wall and a memorial book will be in the lobby for viewing.
