Tank Battalion (1958)
Company C, 808th Tank
Battalion, of Neillsville is scheduled for 15 days’ field
training at Camp McCoy July 20 thru August 3. The Company is
commanded by Capt. Mike Krultz, Jr., Neillsville with Lt. Don
Bersell, Chili, Second in command. M/Sgt. O. E. Woodbeck,
Owen, will precede the company to make arrangements.
Company ‘C’ consists of 36
assigned men and officers, plus nine attached enlisted men. The
personnel is from all parts of Clark County. However, the
entire company will not train at McCoy, as men who recently
completed two years’ active duty and those men scheduled to
go on six-months active duty in the near future, are being
excused.
George Ulrich, Neillsville, and Arnold Awe, Owen, will leave July or early August for six (balance missing).
