Kroll, Anna #2 (1870? - 8 JUL 1955)
Funeral services were held Monday morning in St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church for Mrs. Anna Kroll, 85, who died Friday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bernice Cegielnik, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.). She had been in ill health for some time.
The Rev. Francis Piekarski officiated at the rites and burial took place in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were Alfred Zielanis, Chester Kliminski, Tony Wojt, Felix Zasacki, Tony Naruseiewicz and Don Ziebal.
Mrs. Kroll was born in Poland and was married in 1880 in Pittsburgh, Pa. Her husband died several years ago. The past 2 ½ years she made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Cegielnik.
She was a member of the Third order of St. Francis.
Survivors include a son, Frank Kroll, Thorp, three daughters, Mrs. Allen (Mary) Cruzen, Minneapolis, Mrs. Fred Stanichuk, Saskatchewan, Canada, and Mrs. Cegielnik, Owen; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Two sons, Joseph and Stanley, and a grandson, Raymond Cegielnik, preceded her in death.
