Cox, George E. #5 (7 JUL 1911 - 20? JUL 1955)

 

Funeral services were held for George Elwood Cox, 44, on Saturday afternoon at three o’clock from the Alliance Church.  Rev. Wagner officiated and burial was made at Riverside Cemetery.  Cox lost his life a week ago yesterday, being electrocuted by an electric fence line on the Jim Petersen farm where he was employed.

 

He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Edythe, two brothers and two sisters.

Cox and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Cox, Brainerd, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Snowberg, Bensenville, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Seefelt, Mrs. Fred Seefelt, and Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Hendrickson, Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Hendrickson, Unity; Mr. and Mrs. Art Schmidt, Colby; Mrs. Lawrence Tesmer, Mrs. Brown and Rev. and Mrs. Franklin of Marshfield.
