Misses Pearl and Blanche Christianson are visiting at Alma Center. 
 

Mrs. Ole Johnson of Dells Dam returned yesterday from her visit in the west. 
 

Miss Alice Ainsworth returned to Rhinelander Saturday to resume her school duties. 
 

Mrs. Ray Elwood of Fairchild, a niece of Mrs. D. Williams, arrived here on Tuesday to pay her a visit. 
 

A bouncing baby boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Shurman last Sunday  at their home in Washburn. 
 

Mrs. Biggar and two children of Merrillan arrived Tuesday for a visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Weld. 
 

Henry Hanson, Herman Haugen and Frank Lockbram attended the inspection of the Eau Claire company by Capt. Collins Monday night. 
 

Will Jacques went to Milwaukee Friday to spend Easter with Miss Marjorie Jacques, who is attending school at Notre Dame, Ind., and who visited in Milwaukee last week. 
 

Jacob Mueller and daughter, Teresa, went to Chicago Saturday to visit her sister, Mrs. Ed Jacobs.  They will also visit at Waupaca for a week or two before returning home. 
 

Miss Gertrude Kenyon of Eau Claire is here helping out in the telephone office.  Miss Ethel Vanderhoof returned to her home at Marshfield today. 
 

J.A. Hallada and wife left yesterday for their new home at Mauston.  In the departure of Mr. and Mrs. Hallada, Neillsville loses a most excellent couple, who during their residence here have gained many good friends.
