Osgood, Jennie (15 June 1880 - 3 October 1958) 
 

Mrs. Jennie Osgood, 78, a lifelong resident of Granton, died Friday at San Jose, Cal., following a heart attack at the home of a niece, where she had been visiting.  
 

Funeral services will be held this (Thursday) afternoon at 2:30 from the Gilbertson Funeral Home in Granton. The Rev. Virgil Holmes, pastor of the Methodist Church, will officiate.  Burial will be made in Windfall Cemetery. 
 

Mrs. Osgood was born June 15, 1880, at Granton, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Davis.  She attended the Windfall School and on February 20, 1903, was married in Granton to Myron Osgood. 
 

She was a member of the Granton Civic Club and the Granton Circle. She had spent the last year with her daughter and son-in-law in East Troy, and left a few weeks ago to visit in San Jose. 
 

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Virgil (Mary Orinda) Billman of East Troy.
