Vater, Mr. and Mrs. Robert (65^th - 11 November 1958) 
 

A quiet celebration was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Vater Sunday in honor of their 65^th wedding anniversary. They were married in Plymouth November 11, 1893, and moved into their present farm home in early 1900.  
 

All of their children were with them for the celebration.  They include three daughters: Mrs. Raymond (Alice) Jones of Randolph, Mrs. L. M. (Gladys) Woodburn of Elmhurst, and Mrs. Ruth Moody of Madison; and three sons, Arnold, Karl and Neil, all of this vicinity.  Both Mr. and Mrs. Vater are 88 years old.
