Gall, Sharron (Marriage - 29 November 1958)

Nuptial vows were exchanged Saturday by Miss Sharron Gall, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Gall, and Maynard Joseph Prock, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Prock, in a nuptial high mass at 9 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. The Rev. Fr. Joseph Eisenmann performed the double ring ceremony before an altar adorned with vases of white pompons.

A floor-length gown of Chantilly lace and nylon tulle over bridal satin was worn by the bride.  The fitted lace bodice was highlighted by a Queen Anne collar and long fitted sleeves that came to a point at the wrists.  The bouffant skirt was fashioned with nylon tulle ruffles that extended to the floor.  Her fingertip veil cascaded from a sequin and pearl studded hat.  She carried a bridal bouquet of Garnet roses and snowdrift pompons.

Maid of honor was Miss Caroline Prock, sister of the groom.  Mrs. Kenneth Burr served as bridesmaid.

The groom was attended by Dennis Gall as bestman and Kenneth Burr as groomsman.  Ushers were Peter Ludovic, Jr., and Eugene O’Brien.

Music was sung by the children’s choir of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

A wedding breakfast was held at the home of the bride. One hundred guests attended the reception at the Harold Prock home.

The bride is a graduate of the Neillsville High School and has been employed in the First National Bank in Neillsville.  The groom, also a graduate of the Neillsville High School, is attending St. Ambrose college in Davenport, Ia., and also is employed at the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, Ill.
