Emery Breed died at Sheldon on May 12^th, of heart failure and was buried at Cornell.  Mr. Breed was born in New York and was 64 years of age.  He was well known here having lived here for about 20 years, leaving about 15 years ago.  At the time of his death he was engaged in the hotel business.  Mr. Breed was favorably known here as a man of excellent character and ability.  He is survived by his son, Clarence.  His brother, Frank Breed of this city, attended the funeral.
