Lowe, Florence (1 June 1912)
Dr. F.T. Weeks and Miss Florence Lowe
were united in marriage at Milwaukee last Saturday afternoon at 2
o’clock by Rev. James Dastler of the Calvary Presbyterian
church. Mr. Weeks left here Friday and went to Milwaukee and
was joined there Saturday noon by Miss Lowe and the marriage
followed. Mr. and Mrs. Weeks went to Chicago and after a
week’s visit there will return home and take up
housekeeping.
Dr. Weeks is one of Neillsville’s most successful young men. He has acquired an excellent dental practice, having won a reputation for careful and conscientious work. He is enterprising and industrious and well liked by all who know him. His bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Lowe and a favorite in the circle of young people here. She is a most capable young lady and is known for her industrious disposition and winning manners. For several years she has been a milliner, the past season having trimmed at Reedsburg. The friends of Dr. and Mrs. Weeks are impatiently waiting their return that they may express their pleasure and surprise to them personally.
