Marshfield Clinic (Stanley –1998) 
 

Marshfield Clinic will close its Stanley Center on July 2, 1998 and begin recruiting an additional family practitioner for its Thorp Center. 
 

"We felt it best to concentrate our efforts on the Thorp Center," said Chris R. Longbella, MD, Marshfield Clinic’s Western Region Medical Director.  "Marshfield Clinic has long appreciated the close working relationships with other Stanley practitioners and hopes to continue those relationships with them and with our patients." 
 

Marshfield Clinic began providing services in the Stanley/Thorp area after it developed a cooperative working (oops a bit cut off.)
