Mrs. Halvor Olson died last Saturday noon at her home on the north side.  She was born Anna Johnson at Telamarken, Norway and on May 7 last, she was 62 years of age.  She was united in marriage to Halvor Olson 33 years ago in Norway and they came to America in 1883 and settled in Kasson, Minn., living there one year and then removing to this city.  She had been sick for about a year.  Mrs. Olson was a good woman, a faithful wife and excellent mother, and her kindly disposition was a source of much comfort to her many friends.  She is survived by two sons, two daughters and eight grandchildren.  The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Norwegian Lutheran church, Rev. Waage conducting the services.
