Mrs. W.W. Page died last Sunday at her
home on the Ridge after a brief illness, heart trouble being the
immediate cause of her death. Mrs. Page was born Edith Breed
Dec. 27, 1872, near Mapleworks to Mr. and Mrs. Chas. E.
Breed. She was united in marriage about 1892 to Dell Wood and
to this union one son, Frank, was born. On Nov. 8, 1909 she
was united in marriage to Mr. Page, and to this union a daughter
was born, but which died soon after birth. Deceased is
survived by her husband, mother and son, Frank.
Mrs. Page was a woman of great capability and was possessed of a high degree of energy and integrity. She had many kindly traits of character which endeared her in the hearts of a circle of friends from childhood up. She was a member of the Royal Neighbor lodge. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon at the Adventist church at Granton and interment was made in the Granton cemetery.
