Mrs. Frank Glopf of Manitowoc is visiting
relatives here.
Miss Sadie Campbell returned from
Princeton yesterday where she has been trimming.
Ed Hoey leaves tomorrow for Baltimore,
M.D., to spend a week with his mother.
Mesdames Aug. Dux, Aug. Marg, John
Wieting and Fred Witt spent yesterday at Marshfield.
Nate Anderson and wife returned to the
Waupaca soldiers home yesterday after a few days visit
here.
D.W. Hopkinson is home from Eau
Claire.
Mrs. H.E. Grow, Misses Jessie Dwyer,
Hazel Crandall and Irene Lloyd gave a miscellaneous shower for Miss
Anita Bruley last Wednesday evening.
Mrs. L. Williamson entertained twenty young ladies last Friday evening at a pre-nuptial party for Miss Anita Bruley.
