Kivviko, Lila (22 JUN 1919 - 30 APR 1956)

 

At two o’clock this afternoon funeral services for Mrs. William Kivviko will be conducted from Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church, Owen.  The Rev. John Saarinen, pastor of the parish, will officiate.  Burial will be make at Riverside Cemetery.

 

The deceased, nee Lila Hautamaki, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matt Hautamaki, residents of the town of Longwood (Clark Co., Wis.), passed away at 1:45 a.m., Monday, April 30, 1956, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, where she was being treated for cancer.  She was 37 years of age, being born June 22, 1919.

 

Serving as pallbearers were Leon and Edward, John and Reino Kivviko, Lorance Schnoor and Einar Jackson.  In charge of the floral offerings were Mrs. Edward Bjorn, Mrs. Thorvald Stigsen, Mrs. Carl Hill, Mrs. Ensio Bjorn and Mrs. William Kangas.

 

Mourning the loss of this dear one are her husband and eight children, Mrs. Kenneth (Lois) Marden, Roger, Joyce, Jerry, Sally, Lila, Karen and Johnny; her parents, four sisters, Mrs. Sylvia Jacobs, Waukegan, Ill., Mrs. Selma Sommers, Bemidji, Minn., Mrs. Ellen Leverty, Bloomington, Calif., and Mrs. Ruth Schnoor, Owen; and a brother, Charles Hautamaki of Owen.
