Wolske, Ann (28 DEC 1903 - OCT 8, 1947)

 

Mrs. Adolph Wolske, 43, of route one, Greenwood, died last Wednesday at St. Joseph’s hospital in Milwaukee, after an illness of about six months.

 

Mrs. Wolske, the former Ann Tschirgi, was born on Dec. 28, 1903, in Dubuque, Ia, and received a high school education in Edgar. She was married on Nov. 10, 1928, in Milwaukee to Adolph Wolske. They lived in Milwaukee the first three years of their married life, moving then to Eagle, where they lived for 15 years. After that, they moved to a farm in the town of Eaton, their home for the past year and a half.

 

Surviving Mrs. Wolske are her husband her husband; two children, Edward and Carol, at home; and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Tschirgi of Milwaukee.

 

A funeral service was held Friday evening in the Milwaukee funeral home, with the Rev. E. F. Efke in charge. The body was then brought to Loyal funeral home until the time of the local services at 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon at the Trinity Lutheran church. The Rev. J.C. Langholz officiated, and burial was made in the Lutheran cemetery.

 

Mrs. Verland Dux, Miss Margaret Herdrien, Miss Mary Nystad and Mrs, Fred Cox, Jr. sang "In the Garden," "Softly and Tenderly Jesus is Calling," and "Heaven Is My Home." Miss Eunice Langholz accompanied at the organ.

 

Pallbearers were Herbert Schendel, L. rondorf, Jack Bertz, Gilbert Rhode, John Susa, and Donald Kocher.

 

The Tribune extends to the bereaved its sympathy in the loss of a beloved relative.
