Will Haslow’s baby was quite sick.
John Weighing has a sick horse.
Wm. Miles is quarantined for scarlet fever.
Herb Visgar was home from Ladysmith during the holidays.
Mrs. Will Zimmerly was quite sick but is gaining at this writing.
Mr. and Mrs Downer drove up from Granton Friday, where she is teaching school.
Amos Leatherdale has been working for his brother the past month, cutting wood and bolts.
Miss Downer has resumed her school duties again this week after three weeks’ vacation.
Mida Visgar, who has been away to school, is spending her vacation at home. She was at Loyal visiting her grandparents last week.
