Ye Dorchester editor and new wife visited home folks on Sunday last.
Frank Kaiser and family of Portage have been visiting at Geo. Burke’s.
Lulu Roth, who has been ailing for a week past, is again able to take charge of her school.
A. J. Krom is putting in a large addition to his stock since moving into his new store building.
Grace Arnold has been visiting her Thorp friends during the smallpox scare at Dorchester.
Our basket ball team lost the game played at Abbotsford Saturday night. The score was 20 to 15.
We are informed that Walter Strassman and Eva Lockwood were married at Stanley one day last week.
Walter Gorman, who is teaching the Poppe school near Longwood, has a well developed case of pneumonia. He is at his father’s home in this village.
