Clark, Homer C. (Masonic election - 19
Feb 1913)
Last Wednesday at the meeting of the
Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons at Milwaukee Homer C. Clark of
this city was honored by being elected Grand High Priest. The
honor was not altogether unexpected, for Mr. Clark has held several
offices in the Grand Chapter. His election comes as the
result of much study and interest in Masonic affairs, for he is
well known for his thorough familiarity with Masonic rites and
traditions. He has been very active in local and state
Masonic circles for many years and his friends here are singularly
pleased with the honor that has come to him. Another
Neillsville Mason, C.S. Stockwell, was again honored with the
appointment of Grand Lecturer, a position which he has acceptably
filled for several years.
Neillsville Masons have kept the name of this city quite prominent, for S.M. Marsh has held the position of Grand Master of the Grand Lodge F. & A.M. and now Mr. Clark and Mr. Stockwell bring further honors home by their selections.
