Anderson, Donna Mae (9 FEB 1957)
A four o’clock ceremony Saturday, Feb. 9, 1957, in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church at Athens united in marriage Miss Donna Mae Anderson and LeRoy Joseph Misener. The Rev. Frank Brickl officiated at the nuptial rites for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sig. Anderson, route 1, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), and the son of the Glenn Miseners, Abbotsford.
Princes style dresses were worn by the bride and her attendants, the bridegroom’s sister, Miss Mary Ann Misener of Abbotsford, as maid of honor, and the bride’s sister, Miss Dorothy Anderson of Owen.
Blue and silver lace fashioned the bride’s frock, which featured a blue velveteen collar to accent the boat neckline. Her corsage contained red roses and white carnations.
Pink baby roses were in the corsages worn by Miss Misener and Miss Anderson, who were dressed respectively in navy and aqua.
Dwight Treankler of Abbotsford appeared as best man for Mr. Misener, whose brother Wayne, also of Abbotsford, served as groomsman.
Dinner at Leffel’s Supper Club followed the wedding.
The bridegroom has employment in Colby.
