McTrillian, Casper #2 (29 MAY 1878 - 29 MAR 1957)
Services were conducted at the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home here Monday for Casper (Torrison) McTrillian, 78, a resident of Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.) for almost 50 years. His death occurred Friday at Memorial Hospital in Stanley.
Mr. McTrillian was born in Norway May 29, 1878, and came to the United States as a child. Before his retirement he worked as a mason and woodsman. He never married.
He is survived by one brother, Alfred Torrison, Denver, Colo., and one sister, Mrs. Clayton (Minnie) Lewis, Winchester, Idaho. Two sisters and a brother preceded him in death.
Officiating at the funeral services was the Rev. max E. Wilhelm, pastor of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Curtiss. Pallbearers were Jake Johnson, George Koerner, Henry Buss, William Fahrenbach Jr., Franklin Kraut and Orville A. Laabs.
Interment took place in the Lutheran Cemetery in the Town of Hoard (Clark Co., Wis.).
