C.S. Stockwell, county supervisor, of Neillsville was in the city Saturday to meet with the town board of the town of Colby regarding the placing of the land marks. The contract was given to Mr. Stockwell who, as soon as the material can be shipped here, will be here with a crew of men and camp outfit to remain until the town has been surveyed and corner stones placed. Mr. Stockwell very cordially invited the Phonograph force to dine with them some day which invitation will certainly be accepted whether we shall want to come again or not. Colby Phonograph.
