Marvin, Mabel (31 MAY 1883 - 16 JUN 1957)
Mrs. Mabel Marvin passed away at her home Sunday, June 16, 1957. She had suffered a heart attack on Friday. She was born May 31, 1883 at Oasis, Wis. On June 30, 1902, she was married to Earl Marvin. They lived at Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.) for a number of years. Her husband passed away in 1933. She and her son Lloyd then moved to their present home three miles east of Owen. Lloyd passed away in 1955.
She is survived by her two daughters, Phyllis (Mrs. I. F. Ehrenreich) of Abbotsford and Ruby (Mrs. Edward Bjorn) of Owen, and ? grandchildren, also two brothers, Allan and Earl Saunders of Milwaukee, and two sisters, Mrs. Ward S..? of Stevens point and Mrs. Mary Callihan of Sunnyside, Calif. One brother, Ira Saunders of Wausau passed away in 1952.
Services were conducted Wednesday, June 19, at Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home at 2 p.m., by W. T. Baker. Pallbearers were Wm. Wolf, Chas. Hinke, Walter Ha?, Ralph Scheel, George Funk and ? Braun.
Flowers were carried by Mrs. Wolff, Mrs. Hinke, Mrs. Hake and Mrs. Baum. Soloist was Mrs. Ellingson, accompanied by Miss Karen Potocnik. Interment followed in Riverside Cemetery.
