Stickert, Henry (Found not guilty - Apr 1913)
What is probably the shortest term of court ever held in Clark county, as regards the length of jury service, was terminated last week, when the jury was sent home. There were but two cases tried before the jury, the balance of the cases either being settled out of court or postponed. The two cases tried were those of the State vs. Henry Stickert and the State vs. C.S. Robinson. The jury brought in a verdict of not guilty in the case against Stickert who was charged with burglary and guilty against Robinson who was charged with the game law violation.
Judge O’Neill is now hearing the court cases and the entire docket of court cases will probably be tried.
