Jensen, Nora (31 AUG 1957)

On Saturday at 2 p.m., Miss Nora Ann Jensen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold P. Jensen, Rt. 19, married John P. Rink, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred O. Rink, Millersburg, Ind., in the chapel of First Congregational Church.  The Rev. Forrest W. York performed the ceremony at 2 p.m.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, was attired in a floor length gown of lace over taffeta styled with a bead trimmed neckline and short sleeves.  Appliqued lace detailed the tulle skirt.  A matching lace headpiece held her fingertip veil of tulle.  She carried white roses and carnations in a cascade bouquet.

The bride’s sister, Miss Jean Patricia Jensen, was her only attendant.  She was attired in a ballerina length gown of aqua taffeta fashioned with a V-neckline and detailed with a cummerbund.  She carried yellow carnations and a cascade.

The groom was attended by his brother, Richard Rink of Goshen, Ind.  Richard Jensen, Withee, and Robert Rasmussen, Waupun, ushered.

A reception was held in the Community House of the church following the ceremony.

The couple will be at home in Los Alamos, N.M., after Sept. 8.

The bride will be graduated from Wis. State College here next June.  The groom, a graduate of Purdue University, is a research assistant at the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory.
