Griffith, Alice (27 Jun 1913)
Last Friday evening occurred the marriage of Miss Alice Griffith and John Richardson at the home of the bride in town Weston. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Parch of Lake Mills and the bridal couple was attended by Misses Flo Griffith and Ella Richardson and Lloyd Watters and Carl Rabenstein. A bountiful dinner was served to the guests at 1:30. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Griffith and is a most estimable and pleasing young lady. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Richardson and is a young farmer who has both energy and progressive ideas with which to make his life’s work an entire success. The Times extends its cordial congratulations to the young people. Mrs. Richardson and Wm. Popelka of Chatfield, Minn., were here for the wedding.
