Fifield, Wendy S. (Gellings) Houtler (October 8, 1975 - June 5, 2010)
Wendy S. Fifield, age 34 of Abbotsford, entered eternal life Saturday June 5, 2010 in the emergency room of St Joseph’s Hospital.
Mrs. Fifield was born October 8, 1975 in Milwaukee, a daughter of
Joseph and Debbie Gellings. Wendy graduated from Waterford High
School.
She was married to Jesse Houtler, they later divorced.
On August 18, 2001 in a Park in Milwaukee, the former Wendy (Gellings) Houtler, was united in marriage to Gregory
Fifield.
Wendy was most recently employed at Abbyland Meats, Abbotsford
until because of health issues could no longer work.
Wendy will be remembered for her passionate personality and
compassion to others. She cherished the time she could spend with
her family, especially her son, Jacob.
She enjoyed gardening, fishing, camping and playing
cards.
Wendy is lovingly survived by her husband, Gregory Fifield,
Abbotsford; son, Jacob Houtler, Abbotsford; stepsons, Tommy
Fifield, Dorchester and Billy (Dawn) Fifield, Kennan; and one
grandchild, Cooper; her father, Joseph Gelling, Franksville; and
brothers, Scott (Ketra) Gellings, Waterford, Gary Gellings,
Franksville; and a sister, Kathy (John) Lessley, Racine as well as
a special Aunt & Uncle, Diane (Al) Shaffer, Franksville,
further survive Wendy.
A time of visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 10,
2010 at the Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home, Abbotsford. Funeral
services will be held Saturday June 12, 2010 at Max A. Sass and
Sons Inc. Funeral Home in Milwaukee. Burial will be in the
Lafayette Cemetery.
