Daenicke, Beverly J. #2 (19 OCT 1957)

Wearing a floor length gown of tulle and lace over satin, Miss Beverly Jean Daenicke, Abbotsford, entered St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Abbotsford Saturday morning, Oct. 19, 1957, to become the bride of David Frank Michlig, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Michlig, route 1, Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.).

The bridal ensemble was completed with white lace mitts and a crown of net pearls from which hung the fingertip veil.  The bride carried white carnations centered with purple orchid.

The Rev. Raymond Schultz was in charge of the nuptial rites and the Mass which followed.  A breakfast was served after the ceremony, with the reception at 1:30 p.m. and the 4:30 p.m. supper served at the home of the bride’s parents.

The wedding party included the brother and sister-in-law of the groom, Mr. and Mrs. Hilarian Michlig, Abbotsford, as best man and matron of honor.  Mrs. Michlig wore a dress styled like the bridal frock, only in blue satin with overdress of frosted white embroidered crystalette.  She carried blue and white carnations in a cascade arrangement.

The bride’s mother was seen in a brown suit and the groom’s mother in a navy blue suit.  Each had a corsage of white and yellow chrysanthemums and both chose white accessories.

The Michligs are making Abbotsford their home, both being employed there at All Metal Stamping.
