Buss, Frank #2 (4 APR 1875 - 11 JAN 1956)
Funeral services were held at two o’clock at the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home at Owen for Frank Buss, 80, pioneer farmer of the town of Green Grove (Clark Co., Wis.), who died a week ago Wednesday at the home of a son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kopp, town of Hoard.
Burial took place at Riverside Cemetery at Withee.
Mr. Buss had resided in the Green Grove Township until his retirement about 10 years ago. Since then he had made his home with his children. He was born in Green Grove, April 4, 1875, and was married in 1911 to Ina Pethers, who died two years ago.
Pallbearers were Oscar Lipprandt, Oscar Kademan, Emil Matthias, Adam Shutak, Al Newman and Ernest Woik. His three granddaughters carried the flowers.
Survivors include two sons, Oscar of Owen and Harry of Manitowoc; four daughters, Mrs. Kopp, Mrs. Paul (Elsie) Leinenkugel, and Mrs. Esther Siebolt, all of Sheboygan, and Mrs. Elmer (Mary) Reddig, Spencer; one brother, Emil Buss, town of Hoard, and 24 grandchildren. Two sons preceded him in death.
