Granton, Wisconsin (Safe Blown Open - May 1903)
Safe Blown Open at Granton:
A dispatch of May 7th says: The safe at the Granton post office was blown open by burglars last night and $50 was taken. The safe was completely demolished, and from the blood clots discovered on the floor it is thought the men were injured by the explosion. They made their escape and no clew is yet in the hands of the officers.
