City Mail Delivery (21 June 1928)
Have your mail addressed to street and house no. - When City delivery is established, it will be very necessary in order to assure the prompt delivery of all mail matter to City patrons that distributing clerks and carriers be familiar with street address of all persons served by the City carriers; or through post office boxes. It is therefore suggested that City and rural patrons start now and have all their mail addressed to Street and house number, post office box number or rural route number, as the case may be.
Business houses should have their street and number on their stationery, and on the return card of their envelopes. This last is required by postal regulations for all City delivery offices. Postmaster
