Walters, August (Family Reunion - 5 August 1928)

 

The August Walters family of Neillsville enjoyed a reunion Sunday of their own family and Mrs. Walters’ relatives, branches of the Skinner family, from Wild Rose, Red Granite, New London and Amery and other places.

 

Relatives from out of town were: Mr. and Mrs. Harry Skinner and family of Red Granite, Mr. and Mrs. Chas Morse of Wild Rose and daughter Miriam of Athens, Ohio, Mr. and Mrs. H. M. De Golier and family of Madison, Mr. and Mrs. Ross De Golier of Amery, Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Currier and daughter Margaret of Port Edwards, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Taylor and son Alden of Pine River, Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Walters and Ethel Walters of Chicago, Mr. George Walters and Mr. Douglas Walters of Osseo, Mr. and Mrs. John Eyers and family of Lindsey, and Mr. and Mrs. Martin Freebeck of Lindsey.

 

All of Mr. and Mrs. Walters’ children were present except Mrs. H. W. Dewey of Fergus Falls, Minnesota.  In all about fifty relatives were gathered.
