Bushman, Alvin (30 JAN 1894 - 17 JAN 1967)

Alvin Bushman, age 73, a former Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.) resident, died Jan. 17, 1967, at St. Louis Mo., following a brain hemorrhage.  A Funeral Mass was held at 9:00 a.m. Jan. 20^th and burial was in the parish cemetery.  Pallbearers were six of his grandchildren.

Mr. Bushman was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bushman.  He was born Jan. 30^th, 1894 in Manitowoc County and came, with his parents, to Greenwood in 1911.

He was married Aug. 17, 1917 to Olga Clairmont at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

He was engaged in farming until 1921, when he moved to St. Louis, Mo.

In addition to his wife his survivors are: six daughters, two sons, six sisters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and two brothers.
