Scarlett weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 20 ½ inches at birth.
She joins twin brothers, Rylan Noah and Rowan Thomas.
Grandparents are John and Robin Seal, Abbotsford; and John and Mary Kahon, Withee.
