Wiliamson, L.  (Sold Interest in Press - 1929)

With this issue of The Press, I retire from the Press Company and close almost a quarter of a century of newspaper work in this field.  I have sold my interest in The Press Company to Dr. W. A. Leason, whose son, Jesse Leason, will engage in the active work of the office.

The years that I have worked and lived in Neillsville have been pleasant and enjoyable ones. Birthplaces are most generally called "home", but Neillsville will always be "home" to the Williamsons, and the friends and associations that have been made will be cherished and the recollections freshened as the years go by, even though it may be found advisable to live in another locality and another field.

I want to thank all my friends and patrons whose loyal support and co-operations have made my efforts so pleasant and successful and bespeak their continued friendly relations with the Neillsville Press.

L. Williamson
