Donnerbauer, Ralph J. (6 JAN 1935 - 28 JUL 2010)

 

CHILI -- Ralph J. Donnerbauer, 75, of Chili, died Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

 

Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 2, 2010, at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, with the Rev. Don Meuret officiating. Suzanne Golden and Michael Gonering will provide the music for the service.

 

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time on Monday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.

 

Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

 

Ralph was born in the town of Lincoln, Wood County, on Jan. 6, 1935, to Joseph and Gertrude (Faber) Donnerbauer. He attended Lone Elm School in the Lincoln Township.

 

He worked at Weinbrenner Shoe Factory, Neillsville Foundry and Barr's Ranch in Greenwood, retiring at the age of 62.

 

Ralph was a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.

 

He is survived by his sister-in-law, Margaret Donnerbauer of Marshfield; nephews, Gene (Georgene) Donnerbauer, Everett (Linda) Donnerbauer and Peter (Linda) Donnerbauer, all of Marshfield, and Jim (Rose) Donnerbauer of Wisconsin Rapids; nieces, Delores (Gary) Krehmeyer of Spencer, Rosie (Paul) Schlagenhaft of Marshfield, Terri (Jerry) Gruber of Wisconsin Rapids and Fran (Bob) Leavitt of St. Cloud, Fla.

 

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Ken and Isadore Donnerbauer; and his nephew, Glenn Donnerbauer.
