Krall, Richard F. (15 JUN 1942 - 12 AUG 2010)

NEILLSVILLE -- Richard Krall, 68, of Neillsville died Thursday, Aug. 12, 2010, in Neillsville.

Richard Frank Krall was born June 15, 1942, at Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, the son of Aloys and Eleanore (Kolb) Krall. After graduation, he worked for a couple of years at Short's Fur Farm and then was drafted into the U.S. Army. Richard was stationed in Germany and served in the Army from 1964 to 1966. When he returned to Neillsville, he went back to work for Short's, first as a truck driver, and later as a lead man. He worked there for many years before retiring.

He is survived by his three brothers, Thomas (Karlene) Krall of Big Bend, Terrence (Mary) Krall of Slinger and LeRoy (LeeAnn) Krall of West Salem; and a sister, Kathleen (Anthony) Lux of Denver, Colo.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Richard will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 16, 2010, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Neillsville. Interment will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery with military honors accorded by the Neillsville Veteran's Council.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
