Erickson, Gilbert Odin (May 5, 1945 - July 25, 2010)
Gilbert Odin Erickson, 65, of Curtiss, died July 25, 2010, at Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.
Funeral Services will be at 1 p.m., Friday, July 30 at Community
Alliance Church in Withee.
Gilbert was born May 5, 1945, in Shakopee, MN, to the late Odin and Marian Erickson.
He married Wanda Bush on June 27, 1970.
Gilbert owned and operated Safeway Cleaning Services for 25 years and retires last year after 40 years of work at Wick Buildings systems in Marshfield.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda; three daughters, Tamara (Mike) Hovanec, Darlene (Marvin Lockhart and Lisa (Jesse) Baumgartner; a son, Travis (Lynnette) Erickson; three brothers, Dan (Beverly) Erickson, Alan Erickson and Mike Erickson; five sisters, Elouise (Gordon) Koehler, Jacqueline (Charles) Franz, Christine (James) Pulham, Deborah (Alan) Venzke and Theresea (Lee) Winslow; and 11 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by a brother and sister in infancy; Dennis and Linda.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, July 30, at Community Alliance Church in Withee.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. till time of service at the church on Friday. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in the Town of Hixon.
Pallbearers will be Travis Erickson, Mike Hovanec, Marvin Lockhart,
Jesse Baumgartner, Mike Erickson, and Nathan Hovanec.
