Donald A. Wells has been appointed Greenwood Agent for the Standard Oil Division of American Oil Co., effective May 9th, 1966. The announcement was made today by Frank W. Olmstead, Eau Claire, district manager for the company.
Don Wells succeeds Del Toburen who has decided to return to farming.
As Greenwood Agent Don Wells will operated the Bulk Plant located at South Main St. He offers free delivery service on gasoline, diesel fuels, heating oils, motor oils, lubricants, and agricultural chemicals to the Greenwood area.
Don Wells is married, and he and his wife Kathryn have two children, a son Michael and daughter Marcia. Along with farming from just over twenty years in the area, Don also ran a two truck milk hauling operation for about fifteen years.
