M.B. Henry visited at Withee last Sunday.
Mr. Emerson and family moved back to their home in B.R. Falls Saturday.
R.M. Horswell took in the oyster supper at Longwood Saturday evening.
John Boyn and sister of Longwood visited with friends at Bright Sunday.
W. Flannagan returned from a business trip to Black River Falls and Melrose the first of last week.
A number of people met at the school house Friday afternoon to listen to the exercises in memory of Washington’s birthday, which were very good.
The stage runs daily between Longwood and Bright. Merchandise of all kinds, school ma’ams and scholars taken on free of cost. For further particulars inquire of R.M. Horswill, the stage driver.
Notice: From and after Feb. 17, all mails for Longwood, Greenwood, Loyal, and B.R. Falls and other points leave Bright at 1:30 and is due at 4:15 p.m. Post office open daily at all hours except Sunday afternoons. Richard Horswell, postmaster.
