Wicks, Ethel (2 March 1911 - 2 August 1996)

Abbotsford - Ethel May Wicks, 85, Trenton, Fla., formerly of Abbotsford, died Aug. 2, 1996, at her Florida residence.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Maurina Funeral home in Abbotsford.  Burial will be in Abbotsford Public Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

She was born March 2, 1911, in Ravenna, Ohio, and owned Wicks heating and Sheet Metal in Unity and Marshfield.

Surviving are a son, Andrew (Doris) Ann Boles of Greenville, N. C., and two adopted sons: Richard Wicks of Loveland, Colo., and Randy (Faith) Wicks of Marshfield; two brothers, Clyde (Blanche) Boles of Friendship and John (Fran) Boles of Bucyrus, Ohio; one sister, Alberta (Steve) Hegedus of St. James City, Fla.; seven grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
