Mowery, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest (23 June 1923 - 1948)
Curtiss - Mr. and Mrs.. Ernest Mowery were honored at a party Wednesday evening in celebration of their 25th wedding anniversary.
Ernest Mowery and the former Anna Becken were married in Indianapolis, Ind., June 23, 1923, and moved to Clark County a short time after their marriage. About 18 yeas ago they bought the Peter Becken farm and have made their home there since.
They have two children, Mrs. Linwood Harris, Hoard, who served in the WAC, and James, who saw service overseas with the Army and is now a senior at the University of Wisconsin.
A buffet lunch was served and the couple received many gifts.
