Neillsville, Wis. Personals (July - 1901)

 

Dan Scott and family were up this week.

 

John Hubing of Loyal was in the city Saturday.

 

Judge Jacques went to Loyal Tuesday on business.

 

Abe Lynch was home from the west a day or two this week.

 

Miss Katie Schmidt went so (to) Madison Tuesday to visit relatives.

 

Mrs. l. A. Grow returned from Waukesha Saturday morning.

 

E. Aregi left the city Monday and will make Milwaukee his home.

 

Miss Katie Smith of Eau Claire is visiting her brother, Will L. Smith.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Neal Taplin visited relatives at Merrillan over Sunday.

 

Mrs. E. J. Scott is here on a visit to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Ross.

 

Leo Redmond started yesterday noon on a visit to the Pan-American Expo.

 

Mrs. Geo. K. Redmond has been at Woodruff this week on a visit to her daughter.

 

Mrs. V. Stapleton has sold her household goods and leaves Saturday for Mebane, N. C.

 

F. P. McGill of Chicago visited his old friend and war comrade E. M. Holden the past week.

 

Mrs. C. C. Sniteman went to Burling Tuesday night, and will spend some time at Green Lake.

 

Mrs. A. V. Ingham and two children are at Washburn for two weeks; then they go to Minneapolis for a visit.

 

Mrs. Obermeyer and little son left Monday for their home at Minneapolis, after a visit with the lady’s sister, Mrs. A. V. Ingham.

 

Miss Grace Whitcomb, clerk at the post office, went to St. Paul Saturday for a rest and recreation. She will be home July 31st.

 

Miss Veda Stanley of Abbotsford is home for a two weeks visit, after which she goes to Minneapolis for a week. She is conducting a successful millinery business at Abbotsford.
