Our school begins Sept. 8th with Miss Irma Bemas as teacher.
Elwood Ewers and wife of Richland Center visited W.H. Shilts and wife several days last week.
Peter Hohenstein is painting Frank Witalka’s house and barn.
Mrs. H. Hunter visited Clyde Savage’s Sunday.
One of W.H. Shilts’ heifers was killed by lightning Aug. 21.
Mr. Horehled has his threshing done.
