Don Brewster has been up from Sparta this week.

 

Miss Lea Eilert is here from far away Fresno, Cal.

 

J. H. White of Marshfield was in this city Saturday.

 

R. Sperbeck of Greenwood was in the city yesterday.

 

C. S. Stockwell went to Cadott Monday, on business.

 

Postmaster Wm. T. Gilbert of Cadott was here yesterday visiting W. L. Hemphill.

 

Mrs. Wm. Doty of Merrillan has been visiting her sister, Mrs. O. G. Tripp, this week.

 

Monte Wren and wife and brothers, Frank and Earl left this week for Columbus, Wash., where they intend to make their permanent home.

 

Capt. Jack Turner of Mauston, editor of the Star, called at The Times office Tuesday.  He was here on the Jackson court marshal business.
