Olsen, Joyce (Marriage - 14 Feb. 1959)

Miss Joyce Olsen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Olsen and Llewellyn Loucks, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. F. Loucks, were united in marriage at the Presbyterian parsonage Saturday afternoon at 4:30 o’clock. The Rev. Lawrence Faivre read the double ring marriage service and Mrs. Faivre played nuptial piano selections.

Attending the couple were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Loucks, brother and sister-in-law of the groom.

The bride wore a beige suit with red accessories and a corsage of red roses. Mrs. Loucks had a corsage of yellow carnations which she pinned to her green print dress.

Following the ceremony, attended by the immediate families of the couple, a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride’s parents. In the evening, a reception was held there for school friends of the young couple.

The new Mr. and Mrs. Loucks are making their home at the present with the parents on the farm.
