Waterman, Carrie M. (29 June 1866 - 16 Feb. 1959)

Mrs. Francis Melvin has received word of the death of her grand mother, Mrs. Carry M. Waterman, 92, which occurred Feb. 16. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin had been to California in January to visit her. For many years, Mrs. Waterman had made her home with Mrs. Melvin’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Ockerlander, on a farm near Dorchester and at Wausau.

After the death of Mrs. Ockerlander, eight years ago, Mrs. Waterman went to Hollywood to live with another daughter, Miss Elsie F. Waterman, where she died.

Besides her daughter, she is survived by four grand children, Mrs. Frances Melvin, Abbotsford; Mrs. Robert See, Wausau; Mrs. James Reed, Essex Junction, Vermont; and Jack Ockerlander, Santa Monica, Calif.
