Kleiman, Joseph J. (24 May 1874 - 29 July 1959)
Funeral services for Joseph J. Kleiman, 85, who died of a heart attack, Wednesday, were held Monday afternoon. Mr. Kleiman lived at Carter, Montana and the body was brought to the Polnaszek Funeral Home where services were conducted at 2:00 o’clock with the Rev. F. H. Sprengler of Christ Lutheran church, officiating. Miss Dorothy Kieser and Mrs. Waldon Brown sang two hymns.
Burial was made in the Holton cemetery. Pallbearers were Alvin Gosse, Chester and Ervin Jacobi, Elmer Junker, Raymond Orth and Leo Underwood.
Mr. Kleiman was born May 24, 1874, at Stevens Point and received his education in the town of Holton. For the past 40 years, he lived in Montana. He came back to visit relatives this past June.
Surviving him are one brother, William, of Abbotsford; one nephew, Ervin Junker of Manitowoc; four nieces, Mrs. Carl (Callie) Gosse, Milwaukee, Mrs. Bessie Hulse, Chicago; and Mrs. Daisy Laack and Mrs. Leo (Lillian) Underwood, both of Abbotsford. Three sisters preceded him in death.
