Bucheger, Mark Shawn (1955? - 4 Nov. 1959)

Mark Shawn Bucheger, four year old son of Dr. and Mrs. F. J. Bucheger, was killed instantly in a highway accident Wednesday noon, a mile north of Dorchester corners on Highway 13. He died of a skull fracture.

Mrs. Bucheger and son were returning from Glidden where she had been helping in the care of her mother, who is ill.

The accident happened during a snow storm when the highway was wet and covered with slush.

Reports are that Mrs. Bucheger was critically hurt, but would recover. She was taken to St. Joseph’s hospital, Marshfield.

Mark’s remains are at the Polnaszek Funeral Home. Funeral plans are pending.

The Buchegers have two daughters, Eloise and Diana, who were at home.
